To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣一帶想食便d又好味既話呢,就來到希慎廣場11樓的foodcourt,呢度真係好多好野食,而今次我揀了百芳池上便當這家台灣餐,真係名副其實性價比極高的台灣美食。這次點了兩個便當,一份是鹽酥雞便當,另一份是彈牙紅燒牛丸牛腩麵,加了一份炸花枝丸。大大份便當上面鋪滿脆脆的鹽酥雞,滿滿的鹽酥雞,還有玉米,白菜,酸菜等拌菜,份量十足之餘,還可以中和這份便當的味道,還有半隻滷蛋,真的十分豐富。彈牙紅燒牛丸牛腩麵的湯底是正宗台式牛肉麵湯,大大碗麵也配有白菜,酸菜及滷蛋,牛丸牛腩更是爽口彈牙,果然名不虛傳。再點了兩杯好喝的,一杯玫瑰鐵觀音茶拿鐵加仙草,另一杯是原味鮮豆乳加仙草,兩杯都大大杯,好飲又抵飲。以後係銅鑼灣想食便靚正台灣野就識搵地方啦。
