To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間同路人開嘅台灣店經常大排長龍,我去嘅時候仲有得做晚市,約六點到可直入,食物質素唔錯,而且幾抵食。🍽牛腱牛肋條麵:朋友唔鍾意食牛筋所以揀左呢款,湯可以揀川味紅燒或麻辣,我地揀左前者,辣味比較明顯,麵質係粗麵,好處係口感煙韌,但就無咁索湯,牛腱紋路好靚,肉味濃而且好淋,非常好食,牛肋條就韌左少少。🍽滷肉飯 (小):雖然話係細份,但兩個女仔分都夠食。滷肉煮到好淋,半肥瘦,個汁撈飯一流,大推!🍽切豆干(小)/甜不辣(小)/燙青菜:另外叫左幾個小食,第一次食甜不辣,味道似魚餅,口感就似扁身嘅韓式年糕粉粉地,其他就係平時食開嘅味道,燙青菜配滷肉汁,份量都唔少。P.S. 門外寫明疫情關係,用膳時間最多40分鐘,但食餐飯40分鐘真係有啲勉強,會唔會改善下店面嘅間隔更有用呢?當日我地兩人獲安排坐四人枱,中間無間隔(利申長枱有嘅),食到一半有人搭枱,店員竟然叫我地改為打橫坐(即係對住陌生人食飯),最後梗係無人聽佢講啦。

🍽牛腱牛肋條麵:
朋友唔鍾意食牛筋所以揀左呢款,湯可以揀川味紅燒或麻辣,我地揀左前者,辣味比較明顯,麵質係粗麵,好處係口感煙韌,但就無咁索湯,牛腱紋路好靚,肉味濃而且好淋,非常好食,牛肋條就韌左少少。
