之前去到由黃致豪主理既法國菜食晚餐,3-Course Set Dinner由$348起,以法國菜黎講呢個價錢都食得過🤘。一開始會上一份軟包配香草牛油,Starter有4款揀,或者你可以加錢Upgrade既,今次K就無加到啦,揀左香草蒜蓉法式焗田螺同法式白酒煮青口~青口一份都幾多,牛油味道好重,用附上既麵包點醬汁就岩哂啦~田螺肉質有嚼勁,加左蒜蓉幾香。 主菜揀左大西洋銀鱈魚配西蘭花蓉及馬鈴薯麵團同加左$98要30天風乾熟成澳洲穀飼肉眼!先講銀鱈魚啦,一上枱已經聞到香煎既味道,魚件比較厚身,口感札實嫩滑~上面加左胡椒造成既泡沫,而下面就係好濃郁既西蘭花蓉,造型好靚😊~而細細粒既馬鈴薯麵團係炸過既,外面脆身裏面煙韌。肉眼扒要左七成熟,少少既海鹽調味已經帶到幾濃郁既牛味出黎,油脂香味幾出,入口即化,好多肉汁,真係無叫錯🤘 甜品係法式經典拿破崙,酥脆既酥皮夾住幼滑既吉士醬😋,完美收結🤗其實K果日去到仲撞見黃致豪真人同其他藝人,真係幾心心眼呢~
