To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食和牛拼盤

呢間韓燒之前都有食過，覺得幾好食，所以今日再帶好友黎到呢間餐廳韓燒一下。餐廳座位唔算好多，但係因為咁樣變得好熱鬧!店員都會主動幫忙燒野食，而且好有禮貌呢!看看餐牌，見到有個迷你和牛拼盤好似好吸引，所以就叫黎試試。這個和牛拼盤除了有和牛，更有飯和五花腩。落單後店員會先在鐵板上加入泡菜蛋汁。這裡的泡菜蛋好好食，好香好惹味!迷你和牛拼盤，雖然是迷你，但每款肉都有4塊，都唔少架!這個拼盤包括有A4和牛、A6和牛、雪花牛小排、牛肋肉同牛舌。當中和牛油脂分佈平均，牛肉味濃，肉質鬆軟!而牛舌都幾juicy美味!五花腩，個樣好似display食物果D樣，好靚，雖然得3塊，但係可以將佢剪成4小塊，再用黎夾生菜食，感覺冇咁漏亦好惹味!石窩飯，可以揀豬、牛、雞，今次揀選了豬肉，石窩飯非常熱而且有好多飯焦，加上豬肉是醃過的，所以好可口!雞肉，因為我好中意食雞的關係，所以點了雞肉黎燒。這裡的雞肉已經醃過，所以係咸咸的，但味道我好中意!雞肉嫩滑juicy!呢間韓燒我真係好中意食，不論味道或者店員的貼心，值得再去!
