To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次透過kkday book午市自助餐，時段為14:15-16:15可以食到兩個鐘，嚟到九龍東皇冠假日酒店嘅尚廚食buffet。而午餐嘢食其中以特色凍海鮮盤為賣點，包括即開生蠔每人每次可拎兩隻、松葉蟹腳、青口、黃金螺、白蜆、熟蝦.... 除此之外，仲有四款刺身、六款壽司、沙律、八款頭盤、中西餐湯、黑椒燒牛肋條、意式焗蟹肉蘑菇蛋餅、燒紐西蘭草飼肉眼牛扒、燒羊脾、中東旋轉烤肉檔、即煮海鮮粥檔、即煮粉麵檔、鐵板燒。十多款甜品、七款口味的Haagen-Dazs雪糕及朱古力噴泉，以及任飲即磨咖啡、紅茶、果茶、檸檬水。比起其他自助餐都算抵食，雖然熟食選擇唔算太多，但都對得住呢個價錢。
