To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家人成日心思思都食片皮鴨,得知「美中·鴨子」星期一至五推出了午市4人套餐 HK$368 (另收茶位$13/位, 前菜$18/碟, 另加一), 每位價錢幾乎抵過去茶樓飲茶,趁住Lunch hour出黎join家人嘆返餐。餐廳座位好闊落,坐得舒服,4人套餐包含嘅菜式除咗招牌片皮鴨,仲有數款人氣京淮菜式,CP值好高,款款都岩心水。三里橋醉雞醉雞皮呈鮮黃色,肉質有咀勁又入味,食得出香純酒味。芙蓉賽螃蟹蛋白很嫩滑,呈半固體狀,蛋味濃郁突出,配上少量瑤柱增香又有口感。烤北京填鴨(半隻)最令我驚喜係廚師會將片皮鴨皮下脂肪切走,每片都亮澤酥香,鴨肉軟嫩,包裹熱辣辣嘅軟熟餅皮帶,沾上甜醬及青瓜條,口感同味道令人一試愛上。香麻叉燒酥(4件)外層鬆化,內裡叉燒餡料帶有肉香,香甜微辣。無錫灌湯小籠包(4個)小籠包皮薄適中,鮮肉餡料粉嫩juicy,一咬爆出熱辣辣嘅鮮甜湯汁,正!👍糯米燒賣(4粒)超薄燒賣皮包裹著清香糯米飯,微微黏口,味道不會太重,整個套餐份量足夠飽,每人食到一小口糯米飯,唔會太膩。
