To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

亞仔話要食元氣壽司就去食啦！好在有得係Apps攞飛，如果唔係有排等每次食元氣必叫炸三文魚皮，炸得好香脆，點埋沙律醬食，好味道，而且份量都唔少，有好多塊食見到新出了幾款壽司就試下先燒鰻魚牛油果手卷，不得不讚元氣既紫菜幾香脆，唔會濕淋淋，內裏有大大件新鮮既牛油果，配搭燒鰻魚，估唔到味道幾夾蒜香魷魚鬚壽司，同張廣告相有幾大落差，無咩蒜香味，而且有火焰燒過既味道，個人就麻麻，但亞仔就覺得好好味，個人口味唔同炸蝦天婦羅壽司，新鮮蝦肉大大隻，壽司飯都幾大件整體元氣壽司性價比高，價格便宜，款式多選擇，所以長期都好多人等位

燒鰻魚牛油果手卷，不得不讚元氣既紫菜幾香脆，唔會濕淋淋，內裏有大大件新鮮既牛油果，配搭燒鰻魚，估唔到味道幾夾
