To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同同事去食lunch，揀正附近ibis酒店的le bar餐廳，環境寬敞，午餐時段人多都唔嘈，服務員都好用禮貌食物方面，餐廳有中式、日式同西式選擇我點咗份羊架，同事點咗燒春雞，兩款肉質都相當不錯，配菜亦有調味唔係hea煮餐湯有木瓜雪耳做中湯，椰菜花忌廉湯做西湯，兩款都高於平常例湯水準，跟湯嘅芝麻餐亦好香口。總體嚟講，服務，環境同食物都有水準，份量配搭適宜，食曬full set都唔會太飽，呢個價位喺同區嚟計，性價比十足！
