To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一般西餐價錢都是中位以上的價錢，一般要食西餐都係要就住就住先可以去到，又食唔飽想食多兩樣又貴又唔捨得，但係今次又唔同講法，入去門面雖然有點像高級快餐的感覺，但食物一點也沒有揸流攤。叫左半隻燒乳豬，乳豬肉汁豐厚，咬落肉汁流哂出黎，啖啖肉，一點也沒有鞋口的感覺，，皮不是很脆的那種，皮博博的，但不能食得太多因為都會油膩都會食滯咗。配薯條，薯條大大碟，上枱時剛炸起的，熱辣辣咬落皮脆內裡溶化一樣，吃完會停不了手的。
