To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次經過餐廳都人山人海, 今天終於有機會同老公去幫襯~~星期五的晚上好多大叔選擇坐室外"啤啤佢" 好有氣氛呢兩個人不可以叫太多, 最後選了現場好多人點的口水雞, 啫啫芥蘭煲及椒鹽鮮魷.口水雞是冷盤, 份量跟平時的前菜口水雞不一樣, 一上桌我們都"嘩"一聲因為這裡半隻的份量好像平時在酒樓叫一隻雞那麼大, 雞非常嫩滑, 老公連平日不吃的雞胸都讚賞, 鋪面的麻辣醬料好香口啫啫芥蘭煲也是份量十足鑊氣夠, 吃到最後還是熱的, 內裡的蝦乾及肉碎很好下飯椒鹽鮮魷做得很乾身, 老公略嫌椒鹽味不足, 我卻喜歡他不會過咸剛剛好.原本怕兩個人食唔晒最後太好味都吃清光了, 兩口子偶爾去吃個"麻甩晚餐" 也不錯
