終於都試左Pizza Project 啦。果然不同凡響,好味又抵食,每人195,兩個人就可以叫兩個pizza ,一個前菜,一個炸麵團,一個甜品,好抵食,仲有三件食唔晒打包。食左Napoli pizza同 Salsiccia E Funghi,即上即食,熱辣辣,個底仲要脆嘅。Napoli好有地中海風味,咸鯷魚,好濃味嘅茄醬👍🏼。另一個Salsiccia好多芝士,大啡菇又好香,呢個只食剩一件。但pizza 一凍左之後就硬左啲啲。黑松露GNOCCO FRITTO炸麵團,好多黑松露切片,但味道唔濃,反而個黑松露醬就好濃味,麵團炸很好好味。而前菜就好有驚喜,TUNA CARPACCIO ,tuna 好滑,orange dressing 好清新,而啲青菜又甜又嫩,正。最後個Tiramisu 嘅手指餅浸唔透酒,仲係韌韌地。但整體非常正。更開心嘅係坐吧枱,睇住廚房整pizza,學到好多野😆
