To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閒日晚餐, 訂左位食飯, 但原來係坐唔滿, 唔使等位既。 BK呢度既原因都係諗住坐得舒服, 無限時。見HSBC 做緊PROMOTE, $998 半席免加一, 全包價, 岩晒我呢D懶人。除左帶位個職員, 其他職員都係吹水多過做野, 搵人落單都要等下。個餐包左個冬鼣湯、大蝦伊麵、蒸鮑魚、半隻雞同4個小菜, 仲有一個甜品同一渣橙汁。不過橙汁只係夠6個人分, 每人半杯。 但鮑魚就出奇地有9隻 , 至於大蝦得4隻, 係唔夠一人一隻既。其他餸都算大碟, 雖然味道一般, 但1呢個價錢相當抵食。
