To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日原本約左個前輩在沙田食午飯, 前輩話今日咁好天, 不如去大尾篤食, 可以吸下新鮮空氣!前輩提議去Luca, 可能時候尚早關係 (1230 左右), 架車可泊在餐廳門口, 超方便. 我地兩個人被安排到一張室外的二人檯 (有傘), 今日天氣涼涼地, 不過有陽光, 加上食客唔多, 個環境相當寫意,真係要大大大大讚我地每人都叫左一個午餐, 包括:雜菜湯 - 好多唔同的菜做材料, 不過以蕃茄為主打, 味濃, 口感豐富, 好好味麵包 - 好夠熱, 放塊凍都實晒的牛油入去, 立即溶晒, 正牛排併白飯 - 個牛排燒得好香, 係燒, 唔係煎, 塊排好 "林", 有牛味, 加上個黑椒汁好惹咪, 而d配菜都唔馬虎, 係好新鮮的節瓜粒, 好爽口!附送餐飲, 凍奶茶夠香夠滑!!!食物質索加埋咁好的環境, 只收咁的價錢, 真係無野好彈, 唯一可改善的, 是侍應門收碟收得太急, 未食完已經問左n 次.

麵包 - 好夠熱, 放塊凍都實晒的牛油入去, 立即溶晒, 正


牛排併白飯 - 個牛排燒得好香, 係燒, 唔係煎, 塊排好 "林", 有牛味, 加上個黑椒汁好惹咪, 而d配菜都唔馬虎, 係好新鮮的節瓜粒, 好爽口!


附送餐飲, 凍奶茶夠香夠滑!!!

食物質索加埋咁好的環境, 只收咁的價錢, 真係無野好彈, 唯一可改善的, 是侍應門收碟收得太急, 未食完已經問左n 次.
