To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Happy hour後會合朋友, 一起來七喜吃個late dinner.我點了腰潤撈麵, 豬腰和豬潤都做得不錯, 其中一名友人試過後, 立即想追加一客白灼豬潤, 不過已叫了不少食物, 所以我們都無反應, 哈~~友人則吃三牛麵(即牛肉、牛腩和牛柏葉) 及紫菜四寶米, 似乎都不錯.蜆芥鯪魚球是友人推介, 上檯時是熱辣辣的, 彈牙得來帶鬆軟, 果然好味, 略嫌那碟蜆芥份量較少.灼魚皮我沒有吃, 據報亦食得過. 賣10元一碟的油菜也不欺場, 份量比想像中大, 芥蘭不老, 甚至頗為靚仔.顧客雖多, 阿姐也只會善意地「催」你落order, 和在合理時間內收拾碗筷, 不算突兀或令人難受.每人三十多元, 抵食好味, 難怪店子長爆.
