To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食壽司店

行過華都見有d餓，朋友之前都有黎食過，就帶左我黎呢間《壽司達人》食個晏。店入面空間吾係好大，想坐得舒服d，可以擇坐門口外邊。天氣涼涼地，無所謂喇。其實都有幾多人黎食呢間平民壽司。我諗都係屬於大家既飯店之一。餐牌既選擇都好多下，可以跟住黎自由配搭，而且價錢吾係話貴。我就擇左B7既蟹籽三文魚飯🍣 + C4玉子燒 + D1三文魚刺身（4件）係$62蚊。魚生黎講好大片，都有大約六大片，而且都算新鮮，如果淨魚生飯黎講$38好抵。至於個玉子燒燒得幾靚，又大舊，不過我覺得有d甜，食完會好濟....朋友叫左個E4 炸餃子烏冬定食 $52蚊。餃子黎講炸得都算ok，配埋沙律醬，食落都脆口。反而我覺得蝦壽司同魷魚個件比較乾身，麻麻地。烏冬湯底都比較清，質素可接受，而且都大碗。另外加罐裝飲品都係只需$5咋！

我就擇左B7既蟹籽三文魚飯🍣 + C4玉子燒 + D1三文魚刺身（4件）係$62蚊。
魚生黎講好大片，都有大約六大片，而且都算新鮮，如果淨魚生飯黎講$38好抵。
至於個玉子燒燒得幾靚，又大舊，不過我覺得有d甜，食完會好濟....
