四川重口味係土瓜灣區內一間街坊川菜,裝修比較簡單,但地方都乾淨企理。今次藏友飯聚特登揀左黎哩度食川菜懷勉下之前去川藏旅行時嘅時光。哩度嘅川菜款式都好多,有辣椒同案嘅菜式都可以揀辣度,唔怕唔食得辣,佢地個價錢都好貼地,仲要份量好足。香脆魚骨腩($88) - 魚骨腩口感扎實,食落帶少少脆口感,鹹鹹香香好啱用黎餸酒。四川牛肉鍋巴($98) - 鍋巴上面有牛肉、木耳、辣椒同西芥粒,我地揀左小小辣,所以除非食中粒辣椒,否則都唔會辣嘅,鍋巴幾香脆,食之前加少少佢另附嘅醬汁會更好食。濃湯雲吞雞($88) - 雲吞雞勁大鍋,上枱時都俾佢嚇親。入面有八粒雲吞,雞件同生菜。先飲一啖湯試下,好濃雞香味,雲吞皮唔會太厚,入面豬肉同蝦比較大約係2:1,雞件雖然唔算好滑,但都可以接受。香炒水晶粉($68) - 水晶粉口感彈彈地,雖然同樣揀左小小辣,但辣度明顯就勁啲,個人覺得辣度似係小辣同中辣之間,如果食得辣其實幾惹味嘅。酸梅湯($42/渣) - 酸梅湯酸甜味啱啱好,不過可惜當日酸梅湯賣晒要煲過,所以雪唔切唔夠凍。四川桂花冰粉($18) - 杜花冰粉其實即係將用寒天粉做成嘅啫哩再浸喺桂花糖水入面,清清涼涼解辣最啱,
