To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上班日子的lunch hour, 中環永遠係人頭湧湧。同友人們行遠啲去上環信德中心揾食，Deli-O係其中一間慳錢之選，而且食物質素穩定。常餐係午市最抵選擇，$49有埋飲品。叉燒扁意粉半肥瘦叉燒，仲食得出有蜜糖味。扁意粉都幾滑，仲有兩條蜜糖豆。不過個湯底唔知點解有一粒粒白色野 ... 扣左啲分牛油燕麥多士上枱時仲熱的，所以好香脆。炒蛋嫩滑。個賣相令我覺得自己係食緊早餐 : p餐飲可轉熱朱古力。如果想轉大size,加$4就可以。我覺得轉大杯裝係抵飲啲。
