To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日唔想煮飯去天澤商場行吓睇吓有乜食，見到依間餐廳個餐牌圖文並茂，個晚市套餐都幾吸引喎，不過再望真啲，原來個晚市二人套餐淨係外賣㗎咋，我哋想食但唔想外賣，廢時返屋企又要清潔啊。所以就唯有入去叫兩個一人餐啦。依間餐廳嘅價位雖然都屬於平價，大概五六十蚊就有一個晚餐（飯呀意粉咁，但扒餐就要接近$150）加埋嘢飲就七十零蚊啦，唔算好貴，但係內裏環境唔錯嫁！裝修及座位，都坐得舒服😌。我哋兩個人被安排咗坐卡位，可以舒舒服服咁有一個二人世界。我哋叫咗一個龍蝦湯飯一個焗豬扒飯，一杯芒果冰冰同一杯紅豆冰。龍蝦湯飯有好多海鮮湯底都有好濃郁嘅蝦味，蕃茄焗豬扒飯係用炒底，係我最鍾意嘅，主菜可以推介俾大家再食，但係杯紅豆冰我就唔推介俾大家！杯紅豆冰超多奶完全唔好飲，好似飲緊一粒粒嘅紅豆加鮮奶咁，都唔係傳統嘅紅豆冰味道。
