To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依家個個都北上，飲食業好艱難，但估唔到當晚竟然全場滿座！野食選擇好多💯冰鎮海鮮最推介波士頓龍蝦（假日限定）、同長腳蟹🦀日式刺身非常新鮮，當中帶子、三文魚同油甘魚最為鮮甜肥美✨當晚7點同7點半職員敲鐘🔔buffet line隨即出現長長嘅人龍，小編都唔執輸😆出去拎左幾次芝士焗龍蝦同斧頭扒！食完上面已經飽左7成，仲有鮑魚、花膠、石斑、烤乳豬、東坡肉刈包、烤牛肉⋯食物種類多到不能盡錄！臨走之前仲食左四大球哈根達斯雪糕同一系列甜品，超滿足！
