To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同朋友血拼完畢經過旺角就去咗意房菜食晚飯，因為太夜9:45pm先食，去到都唔洗等位，但都有幾枱客人！朋友話好好食又大份，果然份牛扒係好大份！我叫咗紐西蘭特級牛肉肉眼扒套餐$89包餐湯及飲品一杯！牛扒好味又大份可以配飯、意粉或薯菜，我最後㨂咗薯菜！而什菜湯夠濃好味道不是辣個種紅湯！店鋪環境不大，坐就唔算舒服，但食物好抵，味道不錯。$24有生蠔食，兩隻就$45，都算幾大隻！朋友就叫咗招牌菜酥皮法國鵝肝牛柳，好似係2002年首創嘅菜式，朋友話每次來都食！兩個人埋單$234有扒有湯有凍飲！但最後臨走見到有一隻小強在梳化行過就真係唔夠掂，立即走人囉！
