今日同朋友去荃灣食打冷,去到時間不需要等位。我們叫了一個潮式蠔仔餅,一個招牌炒米粉,一個帶子海皇一品煲。餐廳現在小菜叫滿300元就送一份鹵水雜拼。鹵水雜拼有鵝腸,豬腩片,芽菜,墨魚等,味道比較清淡,合適做前菜。首先上的是蠔餅,蠔餅份量有面的大小。外面炸得非常之脆,而入面都有大量的蠔,再配上魚露,入口的感覺更加鮮甜。再來的是炒米粉,這個遠比我預期的份量要多,當中有蠔仔,而米粉炒得不會太濕,入口鹹中帶甜,味道不錯。最後的是一品鍋,有帶子,魷魚,蝦,魚塊和炸豆卜。海鮮有鮮甜味,而蝦同魷魚都爽口。整體來講,份量多而且有質素,性價比高。
