To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日好想食日本壽司，所以特登嚟到元氣。好多人排隊，拎左飛之後呢，好彩佢有一個打電話嘅服務，讓我們可以等到。一坐低，就用手機掃描QR code落單。首先，為咗醫飽個肚，叫咗兩個拉麵：一個係極太麵，有半隻雞蛋，係溫泉蛋嚟嘅。有幾條筍做配菜，仲有兩片薄嘅豬肉。豬肉唔係太肥，唔係太瘦，肉質鮮甜。無湯底，但係碗底部有醬汁。另外一個係北海道蝦湯底嘅拉麵，蝦味濃郁。之後，叫咗鰻魚手卷。鰻魚好大塊，好抵啊。之後，再叫咗兩碟火焰三文魚。上面有芝士，再用火槍燒過，令三文魚更惹味。仲叫咗一碟甜蝦蟹膏軍艦壽司。第一次食蟹膏，味道甜甜地，好好味。食完覺得好滿足，好飽啊！好抵食呀！之後一定會推介朋友嚟食！
