To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 麗香園-抵食新派冰室最近都在柴灣附近工作,柴灣作為一個已成熟的社區,大大小小的食店也有,剛好給這間裝潢特別、光線明亮的新派冰室茶記吸引進去了。鐵板西冷扒跟薯菜熱騰騰的鐵板配上大大塊的厚切西冷牛扒,七成熟度,配上濃濃黑椒汁,西冷扒肉質腍身,肉味重,最後加上薯菜和羅宋湯。金銀蒜粉絲蒸開邊蝦牛油炒蒜蓉加上炸得金黃的炸蒜,雙重蒜味衝擊,新鮮開邊的海蝦,爽口彈牙,蒜蓉汁佈滿蝦上,重頭戲是當中吸滿醬汁的粉絲,配飯一流。菠蘿咕嚕肉用新鮮切粒的菠蘿,即叫即炸的咕嚕肉,外皮脆口,內裡肉質嫩,咬開時還有冒起熱氣,醬汁酸甜度剛好,配合菠蘿的果甜。雞批焗得鬆化的牛油外皮,內裡的雞肉餡料底味夠,啖啖嫩滑雞肉。
