睇報紙講過呢間武館,有成隻既活海膽食,本身又鍾意食日本野,就 book 左位黎試。我地六點半就到左,一入去見到師傅拆緊箱,原來所有食材都係當日六點先由日本運到,勁新鮮。全部都係成條魚即劏,所以每道菜上之前都需時。不過食 Omakase 就係咁先夠風味。一邊等食一邊飲下沖繩 Orion 啤,仲係用凍杯出,好有 heart。當晚食左十幾樣野,有沙律,魚生有金目鯛,池魚,深海池魚,大拖羅,牡丹蝦,原隻海膽,岩蠔,喜知次等等,之後仲有好幾件壽司,拖羅手卷,最後有個魚湯係用晒成晚既魚骨煮出黎,好濃好正。樣樣野都好新鮮好好食,最深刻係個喜知次。師傅燒過個魚既皮,嘩,D 油即刻流晒出黎,勁香勁濃味。仲要連條魚都有出世紙,好堅環境方面就有少少迫,當晚坐滿 10 位,去廁所要其他人讓一讓先得,不過都唔大問題。最有趣係原來呢間鋪好多客都會由唔識變到識,一齊飲酒食野就會傾起計上黎,好有日本小店既感覺。埋單野食一個人一千鬆 D,啤酒四十幾蚊一大杯,我問師傅有冇計少,咁既價錢都可以食到咁多日本魚生仲要即日直送。想唔再黎食都唔得啦。
