To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又去荃灣搵好嘢食 荃灣一向都多小型日本餐廳 比起集團式嘅日本餐廳 會有更多變化😽 叫咗一個晚市套餐 🍱$78 溫泉蛋鰻魚石鍋飯 一上枱熱辣辣 有半條鰻魚 鰻魚唔算好肥美 但鰻魚汁好入味 溫泉蛋熟到啱啱好 流心蛋黃撈飯一流🤩套餐跟一款小食 揀咗黃金南瓜薯餅🥔外脆內軟！蟹子芒果沙律 🥭芒果超級甜 下次可以叫小沙律醬 沙律醬太多太濕令到🥒青瓜冇咗爽口嘅口感燒三文魚鮫 $28 好抵食 燒得好香 魚肉雖然唔多 但係魚肉都好有彈性同肥美 配埋檸檬汁 引起魚香🥰
