今次食lunch就搵到呢間係永光中心10樓既『燒肉酒場』。上到去先知,呢間日式燒肉係主打成吉思汗燒肉,之前從來未試過。上網search下資料,成吉思汗燒肉原來係源自北海道,而且特式係食羊肉。對於中意食羊既我,就真係啱晒喇。由於我咩都想試啲,所以就叫左:蒙古羊卷肉,蒙古羊架,羊湯烏冬,壺漬牛肋條,伊比利亞梅頭扒,仲有一份雞軟骨小食,另外仲叫左支信州蘋果梳打添。先講羊既部分,羊卷肉夠晒酥味,加埋佢特製既『成吉思汗粉』一齊食,更加好味。(成吉思汗粉有少少似孜然粉,不過就無咁重味,無咁容易覺得口喝)。羊架都係好唔錯(好似加左成吉思汗粉就咩都好食啲咁😂),不過要提下大家,燒既時候要確保夠熟,因為羊架肉比較厚。跟住就到羊湯烏冬,呢個菜式都係第一次試,個湯飲落令我聯想起糊椒豬肚湯,可能因為落左黑椒同有羊酥味既關係啦,不過的確係值得一試既。跟住就到壺漬牛肋條,呢個又係好唔錯,食落啲醬汁係會令你食唔停口。而我覺得全餐既精選就一定係呢牌梅頭扒,佢食落好稔,而且肉味好夠。如果再食,呢個一定要encore。
