To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早一個半小時網上拿票，一點半可以入場。真的有夠誇張，好的食翻枱很快，因為食用時間只有60分鐘。坐下之後，自己用手機下單，下完單很快就送餐過來，肉肉不錯，湯是有喝到味精，米飯是珍珠米，米飯可以選大中小size，女孩子吃小size 就好夠了，飯很好吃。牛五花有再encore，因為真的很好吃，脂肪夾雜住肉很balance，而且價格便宜30蚊有100g，一個套餐然後再加一份牛五花已經很飽了。套餐裡的橫膈膜肉脂肪比較少，口感沒有很軟，不過也是不錯的。如果不用等那麼久就好了。
