日式燒肉(日燒)同韓式燒烤(韓燒)最大分別應該係醃料同配菜。日燒一般都係冇醃製過,全靠本身原汁原味,所以肉質係關鍵。而另一分別係份量,日燒適合「孤獨的美食家」,韓燒就適合「合家歡」。今日嚟到燒肉一番就係日燒代表喇!佢哋主打平價親民,所以有好多學生幫襯。今次都係由家中後輩介紹過嚟。👍🏻燒肉一番嘅肉類分為100g / 200g / 300g,可以散叫肉類,或者加少少錢叫套餐,套餐包括前菜、麵豉湯、白飯(可加$升級丼飯,湯烏冬,加$享半價飲品),另外套餐包一款小食或者50g 牛胸腹。套餐價錢由最平嘅$49 起,自由配搭,豐儉由人。肉質方面,因為本身冇醃製過,主打一個原汁原味。老實講一分錢一分貨啦!牛小排,牛板睷雖然貴少少,但肉味比較濃郁。牛胸腹似一般肥牛,肉質較粗。推介係牛舌,厚切豚五花,五花腩肥肥地,燒起嚟好香脆。價錢唔貴$6X 就食到。環境舒服,空間夠大,唔會一屋油煙。服務一般般,唔好咁講究,主打一個輕鬆自在,嚟多幾次都唔會有負擔。
