To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行經開荃灣福來邨時， 見到呢間餐廳個門面都幾靚， 我就同朋友喺呢度食個lunch😊一入去見到個樓底都好高，好舒服喎，一啲都唔會有壓迫感， 其中一面牆壁仲有模仿一大片綠油油嘅草地😍😍😍 坐低一望上天花板， 又有啲模擬樹枝，真係好似去咗郊外食嘢咁😍😍👍我同朋友叫咗兩個午市套餐，其中一個套餐係初見壽司拼盤配味噌湯，包咗七件唔同既特選壽司，好驚喜呀！估唔到其中一件仲係海膽壽司😍😍海膽好多好足料，仲有玉子，小卷， 好豐富呀😍😍我地另外一個午市套餐叫左初見特選海王蟹刺身丼配味噌湯，呢個餐有好多蟹肉，仲要唔使剝蟹就食到😋😋👍👍好方便， 而且佢啲食材全部都好新鮮😍😍正呀！午市套餐仲包埋杯熱飲， 我哋叫咗是日花茶， 原來今日係菊花茶，飲落去好清香😍👍呢間餐廳畀我哋嘅感覺係好舒服，啲嘢食好足料，食完覺得好滿足😋😋

我地另外一個午市套餐叫左初見特選海王蟹刺身丼配味噌湯，呢個餐有好多蟹肉，仲要唔使剝蟹就食到😋😋👍👍好方便， 而且佢啲食材全部都好新鮮😍😍正呀！
