To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

要去政府大樓整野，經過試下平日唔會食到嘅宜家早餐先。平日只喺食過午晚餐。佢嘅早餐menu都幾好喎，全部都可以散叫，唔駛跟餐指定左食乜咁，自由度好高。睇左一陣，我叫左焗豆，腸，烚蛋。呢個組合似足all day breakfast 咁呀。另外仲叫左炸魚。加埋先$19 呀去邊搵。如果想加咖啡或者茶都係$3 認真抵。 焗豆份量都唔少，最緊要夠淋但依然粒粒分明。炸魚值得一讚，炸粉唔厚，呢樣真係好好。食落塊魚仲保留左啲汁，又冇腥味！腸仔喺德國腸果種，幾重胡椒味，略嫌味道喊左少少。咬落質感就幾爽脆多汁嘅。烚蛋就過熟，可以再控制得好啲。有機會嘅話會再食。
