To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. M佬今日話帶我去酒樓試菜,唔通係我哋結婚晚宴嘅菜色?(瞓醒未?連婚都未求)原來嚟緊就係M媽生日,佢想帶佢去酒樓食餐飯,所以今日就嚟到北角嘅彩福喜宴,呢到嘅晚市小菜選擇好多,價錢仲要一啲都唔貴,夠晒經濟實惠。沙薑雞腳抵讚位係將雞腳切開為二,睇得出餐廳嘅細心,令到我哋食得夠晒方便。而雞腳漲卜卜,夠晒入口,都幾爽口架!脆皮旺金南乳雞(半隻)食雞又點可以唔食雞皮呢?呢塊皮炸得好脆口,而雞肉仲要好滑嫩,記住點埋個南乳汁,真係好惹味,半隻嘅份量都唔少。粟子淮山雞煲呢個雞煲嘅重點不在於雞,係個粟子夠晒腍,仲索晒啲雞味;而淮山一樣入晒昧,好正呀!客家風味炆豬肉上枱仲熱到支支聲,而豬肉一層肥一層瘦,食落唔會油淋淋,而且炆到入晒味,送飯一流!

沙薑雞腳
抵讚位係將雞腳切開為二,睇得出餐廳嘅細心,令到我哋食得夠晒方便。而雞腳漲卜卜,夠晒入口,都幾爽口架!
