To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾經辛苦等到放寬限聚,終於可以出街食飯~想平平哋食下啲家庭小菜,就嚟到呢間皇室冰廳。佢星期一至六都有特價A-E餐,有小菜或者碟頭飯,由$59-68,有白飯同埋例湯仲連埋嘢飲,好鬼抵食!例湯係雞腳眉豆花生湯另外仲有一個晚飯小菜餐牌,款式會比較多,全部都係60幾蚊嘅套餐。我叫咗一個招牌椒鹽蒜香豬扒$62,不愧為佢嘅招牌菜,肉質比較鬆軟,但係又唔會淋啤啤冇晒口感,而且好入味~唔係一般茶餐廳嘅豬扒嘅水平!另一個餸叫咗招牌叉燒珍珠帶子炒滑蛋$65(冇叉燒改咗做蝦仁),個炒蛋夠滑溜,火喉唔錯,保留左啲蛋汁夠Juicy!飲品方面叫咗兩杯特飲(加$8),Oreo特濃阿華田,呢杯真係必飲,極邪惡~另外一杯雪山特濃朱古力上面係一層cream,味道好似唂咕,係好甜的~

我叫咗一個招牌椒鹽蒜香豬扒$62,不愧為佢嘅招牌菜,肉質比較鬆軟,但係又唔會淋啤啤冇晒口感,而且好入味~唔係一般茶餐廳嘅豬扒嘅水平!
