To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期四，想食中餐，求其搵間酒樓，諗住食下小菜，但入到去見到枱枱去叫長腳蟹，所以就決定試下。原來酒樓有長腳蟹同松葉蟹，長腳蟹段斤賣，一斤268，但我地得兩個人，就叫左松葉蟹，一隻268，部長話今日啲蟹好新鮮，所以清蒸最好。清蒸松葉蟹 $268好鮮味，好好肉，好多膏，正正👍👍👍另外叫左個蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子（4隻），同上湯浸菜芯，孖寶價168，同埋叫左兩個白飯，但因為食蟹對手污糟無影相。總數食左$506，正👍(唯一係廁所地板好滑, 環境要扣扣分)
