To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友去深水埗買電子產品,經過見到呢間中菜幾吸引,小菜款式多,好傳統又正宗,就入去試下。😆首先,點左嘅係避風塘瀨尿蝦肉,呢款菜色係經典,蝦肉炸得金黃酥脆,外脆內嫩,配上避風塘特有嘅香辣調味,香氣四溢,絕對係一道令人食指大動嘅小菜!🍤其次,我哋亦都試左芥辣牛柳粒,呢款小菜比較少見,但估唔到好出色,牛柳粒肉質鮮嫩多汁,每一口都充滿牛肉嘅香味,而且配上芥辣醬汁,味道更加香濃,醬汁同肉嘅結合得恰到好處,絕對係一道濃郁而又清爽嘅菜色!🥩接著,試吓花蛤浸豆苗。豆苗爽脆清甜,而花蛤鮮甜彈牙,配上清淡嘅清湯,令味道更加突出,而且食落仲有清新嘅口感,非常開胃。🥬最後,我哋來品嚐冰火辣魷魚。魷魚外層醬汁鮮辣,內裡彈牙嫩滑!🦑
