呢間日式鐵板燒餐廳由兩個日本師傅主理,兩個都識廣東話,落單直接同佢地講就得。我兩個星期前book枱,果陣要求坐bar枱,好就好在一路可以睇師傅整野食,見到其他枱有咩野食吸引就加單,但食完之後成身都係油煙味🙈蝦 ($98/2隻)師傅將隻蝦拆開左頭、身、腳三部分,蝦頭主要食蝦膏,蝦腳好脆同蝦味好濃,蝦身厚實多肉,肉質緊緻,近蝦頭既肉仲有幾多蝦膏,生熟程度啱啱好,煎得好香令蝦味更突出,好正😋帶子 ($98/2件)外表煎得幾焦香,但入面太熟食落幾鞋,仲要冇咩鮮味🙈芝士蛋奄利 ($48)由於啲芝士太多,一夾已經流哂出黎,半溶既芝士再加嫩滑蛋皮係無得輸😍牛舌 ($68)表面香脆,食落軟彈有肉味😋野菜燒 ($58)樣樣食材質素唔錯,煎得好香,最正係冬菇同茄子,兩樣都係一咬落去就爆哂啲汁,其他蔬菜都香口但食落比較淡,要點下醬汁先得豬肉大阪燒 ($68)焦脆,口感好鬆軟,麵粉唔會太多,蛋香突出,醬汁出色,豬肉肉味唔算濃,不過豬肉既油分令大阪燒更香,所有味道好平衡,仲好食過我之前係大阪食既大阪燒😂豬肉大阪燒加麵 ($88)比普通版多左炒麵,但炒麵太碎,影響哂成個大阪燒口感,同埋唔知點解呢個大阪燒表面係完全

A4和牛柳 ($290)
食落好鞋冇肉汁,牛味都好淡,完全唔覺得係A4和牛,$68既牛舌好食過佢好多😓之後師傅會將墊底既麵包加埋芝士拎去煎,好似食緊Pizza咁好正。雖然麵包好食,但個牛勁伏,千祈唔好叫呢個

見到隔離枱個雞扒好正所以叫左份黎食,煎得又脆又嫩滑,肉味唔錯,咬落勁多肉汁😝

原本仲有叫個日式炒麵奄利,但可能落單果陣講得太快個日本師傅聽唔切就冇整到。呢間餐廳價格合理,食物正宗,最緊要係簡啱野食,唔係就會中伏🙈
