Awful attitude by the young female server ruined an otherwise solid dining experience. Dinner got off to a rocky start when I was greeted with a frown as I walked in at 6 pm sharp to see if there was any availability. I was immediately told i had the table only till 730, which was fine but her body language and the impatience she wore on her face made sure I didn’t feel welcome there.

I ordered some bites first before my wife arrived and another male waiter kindly took my order. Upon my wife’s arrival I decided to order more dishes and unfortunately it was the female waiter that came to take my order. Again she gave off mega passive aggressive vibes as I looked through the menu to order our dishes, and made me feel I better quickly wrap up ordering. At the end of my order she bluntly told us we were not allowed to add any more orders beyond this point. I would understand this if it was due to time constraint but it was still only 6:15 pm or so at the time. Also I do not understand why only she had this rule for us and not the other male waiter who took my first order.

I feel bad for the chef/owner and other staff that give great effort to create a good dining experience for guests only for that to be poured down the drain by one person who doesn’t care. And reading past reviews it does not look like this was an anomaly

Repeat customer because of their food and professional chef but the most recent visit was so bad, felt the need to let future customers know what they are in for.
Food is decent as usual, served hot (whether you are at bar or table), cooked with utmost care but really it’s the service team who ruined the evening.

Their most appalling behaviour was when after passing us the bill (not to mention, we cleared it right away), the waitress (there is only one high pitched sounding one) told us to leave right away as upcoming party was already here. We weren’t able to see the entrance from our seat, even though our Frd was in the toilet we gathered our items to leave right away. To our surprise, including our table there were two empty tables and zero guests waiting.
While the chefs thank the guests loudly when each table leaves, our party was very confused and wish this restaurant can make it up its mind on whether it wants to genuinely thank their guest or just clear a table and demand you to leave after you sign.

我敢話香港現時最好食肆,食物好服務好出菜快,好耐冇來但水準如一,蝦非常入味,同個醬好夾,吾肥,大阪燒冇野講好味,日本水準,價錢亦算合理,地方細冇計香港地貴,但入桌安排很好,服務員令你感覺舒服。
