生蝦刺身 呢個菜唔只有刺身,仲有炸蝦頭。生蝦好新鮮,有七八舊,冇殘餘內臟好乾淨,晶瑩剔透。雖然刺身好味,但我覺得炸蝦頭更加正。蝦頭炸得好脆,炸漿唔厚仲有d辛辣味,成件事好惹味。青檸牛肉有好多舊,兩個人食食到好飽。牛肉大概三成熟,好juicy唔(口鞋)口。但係下面d芥蘭好硬。
