To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹呢間既牛腩非常之正所以就去食下，點知去到門口勁多人排隊，不過都好快可以入座，餐牌上都有好多款菜式俾你選擇，佢有咖喱同埋清湯牛腩比你選擇，仲有其他款式俾你選擇，但係呢間餐廳主打係牛腩，所以我都試咗招牌三寶（牛肚、牛舌同埋牛腩）招牌三寶（牛肚、牛舌、牛腩）：$75賣相一流，朋友冇介紹錯👍🏻淨係個清湯已經好正，仲可以多飯，大食嘅人就啱晒😂牛腩又軟屬非常之有口感，而又好足料👍🏻每樣牛質感都唔錯，層次分明，值得推介👍🏻
