To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蒙古菜喺香港幾少見，淨係識蒙古嘅羊奶幾出名😂😂自己本身都幾鍾意食羊，好鍾意食佢嘅羊羶味😌平時都好鍾意食羊架，羊腩煲亦都係我冬天嘅至愛，所以今次嚟到呢間主打羊嘅小店😋🍲沙碢羊肉米線 ($58+$15)沙碢羊肉米線都幾多羊肉🤭沙碢上枱仲熱辣辣滾緊，奶白色嘅湯底充滿香羶味，感覺滋補又養生🥰加咗$15有兩隻羊肉餃🥟羊肉餃好足料好飽滿都幾有羊味😋麵底配粗糯米粉幾特別，睇落去似烏冬，但食落係好軟糯嘅質感😆🥒涼拌豬耳 ($48)幾高質嘅前菜👍🏻份量好大，大量豬耳同青瓜絲，拌上微辣嘅醬汁🌶開胃又惹味🤤🤤🐓羊肚菌雞湯 ($68)原盅燉湯😁羊肚菌雖然好似同無關係，但係營養價值極高，口感爽嫩鮮清香，感覺好養生🥰🍞黃金燒麵包($15兩串)🍖雞肉串($25兩串)🍗雞中翼($18一串)
