今日去咗北角一田度幫襯,跟住又幫襯左呢間野郎煮,呢度嘅份量全部可以自己揀,悉隨尊便,套餐加$30就可以有椰菜絲沙律白飯及麵豉湯,而且仲可以添㗎的。店家會先幫你處理扒類,最好order三成熟,之後放在火山石上面,有啲似鐵板燒,之後你可以按照自己嘅喜愛唔制佢生熟,今日阿姐好細心,另外俾咗隻碟,咁就唔怕放喺石頭上面會過熟。枱面仲有不同的醬汁有黑椒,鹽,蒜蓉同埋秘製辣麵豉,你可以自己另行調味。之前試過牛肉,所以今次就試羊肉,羊架上上枱已經聽到咋咋聲,香味四射,成個area嘅顧客都聞到及聽到,店家會放一張紙巾喺面,唔怕D油彈到成身都係,羊架肉質粉嫩,羊味不算濃,有少少黑椒嘅調味,上枱香味已經令人垂涎欲滴,流晒口水。另外叫咗一個牛舌,今日特別要求店員原條牛脷上碟。咁自己可以再切不同厚薄,口感會更豐富,牛舌入口非常之彈牙,外皮焦香有少少濃邊效果,裏面仲係啱啱熟帶粉紅色,之後自己用鐵板再煎脆兩邊,肉質細緻,脂肪豐富,入口越咀嚼越有肉味,套餐真係好飽好抵食!
