旺角區想鋸扒,朋友介紹呢間餐廳俾我。除夕夜,一行五人嚟食,要等位,都等左二十幾分鐘!店員俾左張咭片我,原來可以訂位。聽聞呢度最出名係火焰鐵板,豬、牛、羊、雞、魚都有,我就揀左鐵板燒紐西蘭肉眼扒餐$112。先係餐湯,紅湯或白湯,叫左白湯-甘筍忌廉湯,味道麻麻,好淡甘筍味。餐包係蒜蓉多士,好脆!鐵板上枱,先淋上預先調好嘅酒:再點火,呢個時候當然要勁影相呃吓like!等細火少少就淋上「野菌汁」,醬汁有幾款,點菜時自己揀!肉眼扒肉質都幾鬆軟,好易切。味道有強烈酒味,似係有冧酒,難免遮左啲牛味,不過百零蚊一個火焰鐵板餐,算係合格啦。餐飲我揀左即磨咖啡,都唔駛補錢。朋友揀凍檸茶加$3、黑牛加$9、雪糕紅豆冰加$11,飲品都幾多選擇!
