To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日父親節當然係喺屋企附近食啦，咁講嚟就諗住去稻香食小菜，沒想到父親節仲有優惠喎，汽水，涼茶，中式糖水都有齊晒，仲有$1/隻鮑魚仲想點，不過都幾韌，原來仲可以點小食同雀巢雪糕喎。以這價錢又近近地，地方乾淨算吾錯…而整體味道都吾差，整張菜單其實選擇都沒有唔少，牛肉同白鱔都好新鮮，魚頭都份量好足，蝦都係新鮮唔會好梅，不過豬肉同餃就差點，小食炸魚乾都嚇親人，醋木耳就冇味所以我哋最後食咗少少都冇食到。之後食咗紅豆沙味道都好味唔太甜，好多紅豆。同埋其實佢飲品有豆漿涼茶同汽水，味道都唔算話好甜，而且都算係足料唔會話好淡。
