To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣開始轉涼，自己又怕凍即刻想食返個暖笠笠嘅火鍋😛好多連鎖快餐都會推出火鍋，不妨試下佢新出嘅「追鍋一族」，有多款可以選擇！總有一樣啱你口味💕 🔹牛氣沖天肥牛火鍋+沙嗲湯底 $66 佢哋嘅肥牛係採用美國穀飼牛，啖啖濃厚牛香。除咗牛肉，仲有牛筋牛丸牛柏葉肥牛等等。沙嗲湯底已經好夠味🤤覺得唔需要額外加醬油了。火鍋雖然細細個，但無諗過咁飽肚，呢個價錢食絕對係超值啊！ 🔹午餐肉 +$8 我嘅概念上食火鍋一定要用午餐肉😝午餐肉夠厚身，而且唔會滾太耐就散開，抵讚👍🏻🍴7/10
