To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同屋企人都幾鍾意黎呢間茶樓飲茶，貪佢坐得幾舒服，而且幾抵食🤑上次3個人食左下面呢6樣嘢，埋單都唔洗$200，而且食到好飽 (可能因為樣樣都係澱粉😂)🍽️金瓜芋絲餅呢度啲嘢食幾有特色，唔係度度都有，尤其係金瓜芋絲餅，冇喺其他茶樓度見過，作為芋頭愛好者一定會叫🍽️中山甜薄撑甜薄撑個皮非常煙韌，裡面包住花生碎，外面都有大量花生碎同椰絲，甜甜地幾好食🍽️雪山叉燒包雪山叉燒包個皮比較淋，個包好大、叉燒餡好足，又係一個飽肚之選仲叫左：🍽️五香咸水角🍽️芥末明蝦角🍽️雞蛋叉燒腸
