Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西環得呢間酒樓最大,週末有親友回港,book 10 個人位結果俾8人枱,只有7套碗筷和七個坐位而且有啲迫,前前後後逐套碗筷俾過來,最後大家先有位坐同有碗筷,一開始已經十分混亂,但全店係未滿座,D著黑色suit 嘅部長?好多個唔知點解有自我忙碌嘅表現,落緊order 都要突然走開去唔知做乜,幾次都完全唔係有其他客要佢哋幫忙!又冇人喺出面等位,幾個一齊做埋一啲無人明嘅野,結果我哋好耐心咁等…..要叫好幾次先落到第一轉order,加菜或飯仲慘,已經冇催佢,分別叫幾次等咗好耐都完全唔想理你⋯⋯最後其中一個部長喺隔離老遠set 緊一張無人坐嘅枱時問想追加D乜….. 我哋冇行去果一張枱話佢知想加乜,就咁喺位咗講幾次佢又聽唔到……搞到有親友要好大聲講先聽到,佢聽到時又可能覺得果個親友唔禮貌(事後問番個親戚佢當時真心諗住大聲D慢D希望佢聽到,完全冇諗過俾番同樣惡劣的態度),定鏡咁望住咗我個親友一陣。送兩罐汽水來時,唔知點解其中有罐汽水個底脹晒,好彩見到,如果唔係一開就噴到周圍都係! 從來未試過咁嘅情況!反而送菜上枱果D姐姐好正常,咁嘅服務態度,真係好難怪人唔想喺度消費,冇乜事唔會再幫襯呢間了

西寳城海港酒家簡直就是香港飲食業的害群之馬,香港人不留港飲食它有很大的功勞。食物差、服務差、環境衞生差,但係收費一點也不便宜。跟侍應下單7碟菜,等了一個多小時只來了4碟,後來才發現原來有3碟跟本没有落單,負責侍應處理此事的態度簡直厚顏無恥,我們不想跟他們糾持下去以免有失身份,我們只好在小朋友扭計加上未吃飽的狀況下離開,完全掃興。我知堅尼地城只有它一間大型酒家,所以它多年來獨市不愁生意,但我們也不會再忍受它的爛,永遠不會再幫襯。

當值經理居然鬧客人冇质素,仲要叫人行开啦!都唔知咩經理,這樣对客,我人生第一次遇到!真係食左的野都想嘔返出來!客人先後到場,拿左两張桌子,各自叫了食物,但刚剛落单,才发現对方到了,想取消一張单,那個当值經理居然話唔得,又话客人态度差,唔幫你取消,我谂住拿着2張单去找經理搞,个女人便叫我家人过去買另外張单,野都冇食,又话我冇质素!又叫我行开啦!恐怖,呢的人!以後都唔再來!

下单之后,大概40分钟还没有上菜,所以就请服务员帮忙催一下,结果完全不理我们,拒绝催菜,态度也很差。甚至一定要发生争吵,我很不理解,为什么就是一句崔菜的话都不能说。后来找到经理,发现是上梁不正下梁歪,经理自顾自忙自己的事情,完全不理会我这边的诉求,反而觉得是我们这边无理取闹,态度又非常恶劣,还跟我说自己的孩子比我大,相信孩子一样来训顾客,不知道是哪里来的底气菜品总的来说到还可以,但是服务太差了,半天找不到人,不推荐

結婚周年一圍人食飯,點知後面果兩枱有人食煙但職員完全唔理,唯有拿拿林埋單走,食得好難受野食唔算好差,價錢都合理,坐得有啲逼但無所謂啦,後面果枱人飲醉酒大吵大鬧都無所謂,但職員好應該制止佢地,職員完全唔理會,果陣大煙既程度同埋陣煙味大到無可能忽略,職員肯定係知道但縱容佢地,如果我知去海港食飯可以食煙我本身會寧願唔去,吸二手煙好影響健康同食慾,感覺自己係俾錢買難受。成家人本身係想開開心心慶祝,點知最後會係咁,唉
