To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食熱狗 豆花雪糕

去開荃灣宜家傢俬逛逛看看，自然少不了買個熱狗吃，因為實在太抵食了。  試問除了宜家以外，哪裡還有$7一個熱狗，而熱狗腸又長又好吃?所以每次無論人龍是長是短，都係要排隊買一個。熱狗以外，還有很多小食選擇，肉丸、雞腿、腸仔、薯餅、雪糕......任君選擇。熱狗熱暖軟熟，腸仔脆皮有肉香，一定要加茄汁同芥醬先至好食，真係抵食過街坊餅店！熱狗以外，今次還買了豆腐花口味的軟雪糕。  軟雪糕表面灑了少量黃糖 (食豆腐花那種)，食落真的好像在吃凍豆花，好可以encore。
