To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣太炎熱,而且最近吃了不少熱氣的食物,晚上的時候想喝燉湯滋補一下,就想到了這家湯加。1、皮蛋芫茜黑魚片米綫($57)芫茜控會很喜歡這道菜,因爲芫茜的分量很多,可以當成菜去吃,魚肉也有挺多片,加上皮蛋去熬,用來清熱下火很不錯,比起譚仔等四川米綫更加健康,唯一的缺點就是下太多鹽,味道偏鹹。2、黃酒薑絲煮鮮牛肉($53)我向來都喜歡吃這家的黃酒雞,但最近發現它的質素變得參差,鷄肉經常都是骨頭或鷄皮,不太能接受,所以就轉了去點牛肉。牛肉的分量很多,每一口都是肉,加上大量香甜的杞子(應該是用來取代原來薑絲),還有雲耳,感覺挺滋補,但整碗湯沒太多黃酒的味道。

2、黃酒薑絲煮鮮牛肉($53)
我向來都喜歡吃這家的黃酒雞,但最近發現它的質素變得參差,鷄肉經常都是骨頭或鷄皮,不太能接受,所以就轉了去點牛肉。牛肉的分量很多,每一口都是肉,加上大量香甜的杞子(應該是用來取代原來薑絲),還有雲耳,感覺挺滋補,但整碗湯沒太多黃酒的味道。
