To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每逢星期一都會在銅鑼灣工作,而星期一都會有一個意大利同事,她的飲食習慣跟我們有異,不喜歡茶餐廳的港式西餐(如XX意粉),不吃辣,不吃內臟,也不吃豬手雞腳等,所以我們的選擇都不多,每逢星期一,來來去去都是那幾間食店。之前已跟她吃過大快活,見大家樂她沒吃過,今天就來了工作地方附近的大家樂試試。平常來大家樂,燒味飯不知吃過多少次,對於它的質素,心中有數,但燒味煲仔飯都是第一次見,原來是冬季限定呢。我選了叉燒燒鴨煲仔飯($40),叉燒肥廋適中,燒鴨肥膏不算多,啖啖肉,煲仔飯的糯米口感偏軟腍,不夠嚼勁,不過飯量都不少,以這個價格能吃到一個熱騰騰的燒味煲仔飯,都算合格了。
