To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和友人到油塘附近晚飯,見到呢間裝修幾別緻嘅餐廳,就入去試試。打開餐牌一睇,價錢都非常大眾化,每碟嘅份量都非常足,物超所值。鍾意share 野食所以叫左好多小食,樣樣都試下,肉鬆煉奶油酥餅,鹹鹹地又甜甜地嘅配搭真係食到上癮。炸蝦餅真係即叫即炸,上檯嘅時候仲熱辣辣,咬上去的時候脆卜卜,入面都很彈牙。青瓜手撕雞呢個開胃又清新,而且手撕雞味道好入味,食到d 雞肉非常新鮮。雞肉串燒和泰式甜酸魚柳都冇令我失望,仲有小驚喜,由於自己比較注重醬汁,所以呢兩道菜的醬汁調製都令我有驚喜。泰式香葉肉碎生菜包的辣味適中,比起之前食開嘅肉碎味道更濃郁。層次更豐富
