這晚是小弟的農曆生日,太座建議在我工作地點附近吃晚餐慶祝,說真的,這區較骨子的食肆選擇不多,去酒店似乎較舒適。也許是星期一,兼且剛開學,餐廳只得半滿,可以在舒適不擠迫的環境下晉餐是愉快的事。雖是說吃自助餐,喜歡吃啥就吃啥!但個人仍喜歡遵守餐桌禮儀和吃的次序,先吃些冷盤,湯,熱盤,才到甜品。即開生蠔,差不多所有接近三百元的自助餐廳都沒有供應,這裡竟然有!大驚喜!每次限取兩隻,質素很不錯,新鮮清爽,我來回取了多次,廚師仍帶笑容,難得!接著是吃海鮮,種類也不少,麵包蟹,長腳蟹,青口,翡翠螺,凍蝦,吞拿魚等,單是吃海鮮已回本。刺身試了三文魚和油甘魚,相當肥美,至於壽司,款式也頗多,可惜飯煮得太爛。湯有中有西,也有肉骨茶,味道中規中矩,中式湯是合掌瓜豬骨湯,很夠味。即煮意粉,煮好後放原個Parmesan 芝士內撈一撈才奉客,芝味濃郁。熱盤的選擇有驚喜,值得推介的有紅酒燴牛尾,大啡菇,蟹肉意大利飯配龍蝦汁,燒豬肋骨,炸蠔,當然燒車的燒牛肉和Gammon ham也不錯。若然不夠飽,還有pizza,小丸子,意大利雲吞,焗雜菜,炸魚柳,夠了吧!甜品款式頗多,惟部份甜品質素仍有極大進步空間,然而,各有各口
